Description of the set of themes of research ofthe team

The team is interested in insulation and the structural identification of secondary metabolites in the rapeutic interest,

proportioning by HPLC of the metabolites in various food (let us timber,vegetables, fruits, … etc), the study of the stability

and the hydrosolubility of certain secondary metabolites, in particular polyphenols and the study of the quantitative relations

structures biological activities of polyphenols.
