Topics to be implemented (Pursuant to article 3 of the executive decreeNo 99-244) 

the principal objectives of thetopics to be implemented, are in particular: 
1.    The general promotion of knowledge andthe contribution to the widening of the universalknowledge; 
2.    The promotion of the quality of the national production; 
3.    The promotion of industrial development; 
4.    Environmental protection, the nature conservation, diversity and biological balance.
