Description of the set of themes of research of the team
This project relates to the synthesis, the structure,the complexation by metals and by - cyclodextrine
ß-cyclodextrien or the calixarenesknowing that Ci recently enabled us to improve the solubility and the stability of the TAXABLE QUOTAS, a study of formulation and targeting of these compounds could be realized, respectively by encapsulation of nitrososulfamide with in cyclodextrins, calixarenes or liposomes marked on the one hand and by formation of their complexations with metals, calixarenes and B-cyclodextrin and calixarenes, the biological evaluation, the study of the metabolisation, and the targeting and the formulation of new anti-cancer agents of types 2-chloroéthylnitrososulfamide (TAXABLE QUOTA) of amino acids and analogues of 2- chloroéthylnitrosourée (CENU), the grafting of theTAXABLE QUOTAS on B.
The antitumor activity of this new generation of nitrososulfamide will be carried out in vitro on apanel of cancerous cellular stocks and in vivo.
Thecytotoxic and cytostatic potential will be evaluatedcompared to two compounds of reference(nitrosourées currently used in private clinic).
Astudy of metabolisation of the TAXABLE QUOTASwill be also carried out in various mediums.
This team is interested in the synthesis, the structure and the reactivity, under investigation physicochemical and theoretical of the complexes organometallic, with thes upramolecular chemistry of cyclodextrins and of calixarenes, it also under investigation is interested targeting of the best compounds by liposomes carriers in their surface of a substrateosidic and containing the agent alkylant, and in the grafting of the arylsulfonamides on goldnanoparticules.
